Mother of my Creation,

You've proved Your Realm enticing, my dear Mother.

You, the Lady of Despair have brought Despair to me, without my having
stepped one foot upon the path to You.
You, the Lady of Malice have brought to me Malice, without ever my
having stepped a foot upon Your path.
Still You, Lady of Cruelty, have brought Cruelty to the front of my
eyes, staring at me with cold unknowing and indifferent authority.

Well done, Mother, well done.

Here I will stand, my faith never manipulated, never faltering in
service to the One that has embraced me, welcomed me into Her Family.

I will not fancy the Delights of You, as many others have. I will not
stand aside once more and let Your Realm take in another of my Family. I
will fight to the destruction of my weary flesh, ensuring none other of
my Family are influenced.
