The thought of one of the Hunt

I have read your post, and wonder if you have even bothered to find the
Huntmasters Temple, and read his Tomes... for if so you truely decided
to ignore their words.
Allow me to illuminate a bit. You say this of Defiance "the;righteous
must show their true strength in defiance of chaos" Yet, as I stood
within the Eye, the Chaos of the Rhythem was all around me.. the first
line in the Tome of Defiance is this "All things natural have their
place in the Rhythm, yet is is the struggle to be something else that
keeps the Rhythm in motion, ever-changing." Or in another "Know thyself
yet never be content."
Defiance is not my Path, so this is just my opinion.
Next, Destruction..
First, your quote, "Though it is often hard you must not be afraid to do
what is right, for the time may come when everyone and everything is
counting on you" ... how strange, that such a quote is given for the Way
of Destruction, when the Tome speaks these words "The Way of Destruction
is the ability to apply strategic force upon the Rhythm. Such force,
placed carefully in time, space, and degree is the natural counter to
the ever-growing Rhythm. Misplaced force is disruptive to the rhythm,
unnatural and evil." Or in another, "Let the Rhythm be purged, and from
purity grow anew."
Destruction also is not my Path, so that also is just an opinion.
Severity.. ahh Severity now that is my Path, and as I read your words I
knew you had not bothered to read that Tome, for of all of them, you
were most blind of the Path of Severity...
You said "Do not listen to the honeyed words of the vampire or the
heretic. All arguments of philosophy can really boil down to our
perceptions- they are either for or against the greater good. Do not
waver in your faith that we CAN make this world a better place, for to
do so puts us all at risk."...how.. quaint, when the Path of Severity is
in essence the easiest to understand, or perhaps not, for you see the
Path of Severity, is the wisdom to see how the Rhythm must be balanced.
To much Destruction, and the Rhythm will stiffle, to much Defiance and
it will run ascew, and to much Ignorance of All the Paths, will show
only a lack of understanding. For those of us who follow the Huntmaster,
it would also show a inability to run with the Hunt.
Forever of the Hunt
