In light of recent events that have transpired, and the protections that
follow, I feel... urged to do my part.
I seek out the Grooks of the Island state of Ulangi, over which I
preside, to come to an alliance, an agreement so that your populace is
safe from anyone who might wish to visit the Island. Whereas the
Horkvali are typically drones, workers, and underlings, you are the
scholars, the intellects, the upper-class, and I wish to see to it that
you know your ways will be peaceful and calm.
To the Aetolian populace, please accept this document as a request if
you may, an order if you so decide, to cease needless attacks against
the Grooks of Ulangi. Should you violate this rules, and the reasonings
therein, I, nor my Seneschals or subjects shall resort to imbecilic
violence to stop you, for I do not see the point in murder to prevent or
dissuade murder. It truly makes not a word of sense to me.
Nonetheless, this is not an argument against Ishuri, the Daru, their
colleagues, or the Occultists who seek to protect their own group of
people, it is simply:

A: A call to the Grooks of Ulangi to contact me so that we may come to
an agreement, and
B: A request to those visiting the beautiful Island of Ulangi to cease
hostilities against the Grook populace.
On a side note, for clarification, the Horkval people are not protected
under this law, and with their *ahem* rapidity in breeding, I do not
believe it to be a threat to their survival at this time.
