The Tekal

As my fist slammed into the head of the ogre knight, I felt a sudden
surge of rampant energy explode within my body. I panicked, unable to
contain the swell within me. Through my head flashed images of my long
path to reach this point.
As I struggled to remain conscious and contain the force within myself,
I felt as though my very body would have to grow to make this possible.
Finally, I was able to channel this energy, using my body as it's
receptacle. I screamed in agony as I did, watching the horrific site of
bones elongating and thickening, and muscle and tissue growing to
surround their new size. My skin tightened, stretched to the limit by my
new figure, and took on a grey sheen.
As my body grew around me, I felt an emptiness growing inside me, the
changes made to my body making me feel as though my very being was
hollow. Without understanding how I knew, I realize that I had become a
Tekal.
What does this mean? Only time will tell. I endeavour to learn anything
I can about the changes my body, mind, and spirit have gone through.
Most importantly, I thank Lord Rahn, for inspiring my path, and
steadying me as I walked it. It was in the especially trying times that
His Fire kept me sane.
Walk well,
