I Murad declare war on House Nebre'seir because of their continuous
sheltering and aide to Utansi, who has pissed me off for the last time.
Anyone who supplies, cohorts, and even speaks to Utansi in a friendly
manner will be killed this is your only warning, furthermore every
single member of House Nebre'seir who does not post publicly their
denunciation of Utansi and all of his actions, will be damned and
slaughtered like the dogs they are.
