We have another shop up for auction in Delos! For the next year, I will
be accepting bids for the shop that is due south from Qeddwyn's shop.

To place a bid, write down on a letter the amount you'd be willing to
pay for the shop, and give the letter to me.

The highest bid will NOT be revealed, so don't bother asking!

(But as a hint, the last time we did this method of auction, the shop
went for around 400,000, if I remember correctly.)
