You have sat back and watched the war rage on for many months now. You
have seen Ashtan fail you in protecting it's militia and you have
watched your keepers fall into the lowest pit of disrespect with their
tactics deployed by a few "rashly hired renegades".

The alliance between Bloodloch and Duiran strengthens and advances by
the day. This is sure to be a protracted struggle- tiring, expensive and
needless- should you choose it to be so.

There is no reason you should suffer any further.

We of the Duiran Council, to you, citizens of Ashtan, offer you this:

Should you leave the floundering city and wish to join the Duiran
council, we shall not only unenemy you swiftly and be able to sell you
herbs and vials easily, we will take your application under serious and
immediate consideration,in keeping with our own high standards of
admission.
