Unravelling the Mystery

For good or ill, I have agreed to take back up a cup that was set
before my lips by the God of Fire nearly a lifetime ago. I have
little doubt as to the monumental effort that will be required to
succeed, but I again willingly accept the charge of unlocking the
secrets required to heal someone of the Curse of Belladona.

My initial attempt so many years ago was flawed by inexperience
and an incomplete understanding of what I was trying to accomplish.
Now I have a more complete understanding of what is required, and
feel confident in my ability to succeed where I previously failed.
I will also involve others in my work, instead of attempting to
prepare a key to this puzzle alone.

I am arguably the foremost healer within the realm, but I am far
from an adept at all branches of the mystic arts. As it may likely
require more than just one mastered in healing to unravel the taint
of the blooded, I ask that anyone willing to aid in my task contact
me soon and make their intention known. I will provide the details
of this research as it progresses to those interested. Contact me
if you feel that you have knowledge or resources that might aid in
bringing this quest to a close.

In humility and service,
- Father Delak Acace'tus.

Penned by my hand on the 14th of Lleian, in the year 101 MA.
