Greetings,

I have recently recieved messages upon my election the Guildmaster
position of the Magi Guild of reasons why people should defect. I
understand these reasons, I agree with them, and I have asked all to put
in a helping hand to see that these atrocities are righted.

Currently, the Guild is and will be undergoing much changes. Stagnation,
hopefully, shall be in turn stagnated with the advancing of the growth
of the guild. Many a plan, many an idea have been discussed, spoken of,
and now to be put to working upon. Every able magi is needed for this,
every person in this guild who would wish to bear the honor and prestige
of this guild, the PRIDE of knowing you are in the MAGI, should think
twice before skipping out so soon.

Shahvani my dear old friend, I am sorry to see you go, as I can not
discount the accusations against the guild, though, I am more the sorry
for losing one whom I know would have done well in the workings of
fixing the problems.

Xavior, I say the same to you. I recieved your message, as well,
replied. After the short time we were able to speak last time, I had
truely hoped that the guild would have your support in these troubled
and dark times, so that from the ashes of the once powerful group, a
more honorable and welcomed guild might have been born, so that every
Magi could wear their robes with fierce pride once again.

Matthew, many a project did I have planned on getting you started on as
soon as possible, no less recruiting you helpers. As well, I had counted
greatly on you to be my aid in getting this new era underway.

To all the others that have left, I say this, we all could have used the
help. Both the guild, and yourselves. Remember that. I hope that one day
again soon, for those who left due to such reasons that have been
stated, the stagnation, disrespect, whatever, that you shall weep with
both joy and sorrow of the guild you have left, and then, then return to
us, our lost brethren.
