Quitting guild

I have never felt it necessary to put my views down in any of the
various news sections before but in this case I feel that strongly that
I felt obliged to respond to your post.
I have always had the greatest of respect for Shahvani and although i
may not agree with his decision,I respect his views and feel sure that
the reasons he has cited for leaving are for him, justification for doing
what he has done.I sincerely hope that he finds what he seeks and that
things go well for him.
Now we come to your reasons. It seems odd to me that you have jumped upon
exactly the same reasons that Shahvani gave for leaving, especially as
not too long ago you were keen enough to challenge for leadership of the
Magi. Now i feel sure that your reply that would be that you wished to
change things from within the guild, but I am very unsure that this is
the case.
I remember not too long ago that you were asking everyone if they agreed
with the way that Torrent was becoming GM,thus making it very clear that
you were not happy at all with it and this seems to me to be a simple
case of you using the views of someone i have nothing but respect for in
order to further your own ambitions and ends.
If you are going to leave a guild,at least have the courtesy to give
honest reasons for doing so or say nothing at all.I would go further and
suggest that your actions, which seem to me to be highly devious, may be
exactly the type of actions that have led to Shahvanis departure to
start with.
There are many of us who feel that the guild does indeed need to improve
in certain areas, but we have the courage and conviction to remain with
the guild that we love and cherish in order to put those things right.
You do all of us a dis-service by attempting to use that cause to
further your own ends.

In the service of my guild,
