Congratulations to Xavior for winning the Delos shop lottery! He is now
the proud owner of the shop located south, then southeast of Vinci the
Tattoo Artist.

The Delosian government, pleased with the results of the lottery, has
decided to award the LAST available shop in Delos by the same manner.
This shop can be found west of the Fields of Valor and just east of the
Guild Administration building in Delos. Tickets in this lottery will

This shop is also valued at 150,000 gold sovereigns and a 3% tax is due
annually to the Delosian government.
