Ashtan has no guilds, so it is easy to respect their rights. On another
Note, the Magi guildhall is going to be liberated, but only two people
are able to do such an act, and both have been very busy with a great
deal of other matters as well.

Further more, any guild that resides in any city is a part of that city.
It gets protection from the cities guards against those that might seek
it harm. If the Magi guildhall doesn't wish to be a part of a city then
perhaps it shouldn't use the cities guards to protect one of the
entrances.
