Greets Everyone --

I am posting this now because as the months go by, I read the logs of my
City and see an increasing number of novices and even older ones
attacking and killing the mobiles in Ashtan's walls. This is, according
to the constitution posted by the city gates, ILLEGAL and you -will- be
fined three thousand gold pieces for every single mobile killed. That
includes crows, drunks, and shifty men. Thus, I urge -all- guildmasters
to tell their novices NOT to kill the things inside the walls of Ashtan,
because everyone is subjected to the fines, no matter how young you are.
