the nature of Nature

Eshu and Myslani,
You are correct in saying that Nature is a primal force, quite capable
of recovering from and opposing the filthy products of civilisation. It
would even recover from that hypothetical "ultimate damage" that Eshu
used as an example. That argument is irrelevant.
Nature is forever changing and progressing. When forces outside of
Nature disrupt it, it is set back. It must spend time recovering, rather
than progressing.
There are several Divine that claim part of Nature as being their
"sphere". Whether that means Nature is dependant upon them, or that they
are dependant upon that part of Nature, is irrelevant. What is relevant,
is that they know more about their sphere than any being other than
Varian Himself. They know it, They care for it, and They understand it
better than -you-.
When Nature is disrupted from its course, They are not happy. They teach
us it is bad, and they teach us that it must be opposed. That we must
aim to help Nature heal, reclaim and even to try and prevent future
recurrences. As They know more than us, we trust them and follow their
guidance. Nature may well recover on its own, but our best teachers
claim that it is better for Nature, if Nature recovers as quickly as
possible.
In addition to this, how do we know that there is not a threat to Nature
that is irreversable? Perhaps one of the Divine could cause such a harm?
