The Delosian government, tired of dealing with bidding wars, has decided
instead to award one of its last unowned shops to the winner of a
lottery! Type HELP LOTTERY for details.

The winner of this lottery will receive a deed to the shop located
south, then southeast of Vinci's Tattoo Emporium in Delos. The shop is
valued by the Delosian government at 150,000 gold sovereigns and the new
owner will be responsible for an annual tax of 3% that value.
