Ramblings

Lost like a ballad upon the wind,
your voice leaving my lust-filled soul.
Cherishing your endless song of love,
as the shadows claim its passionate victims.
A dwindling flame all that is left,
burning eyes will explain my raging desire.
Your beauty will enchant the darkening skies,
screaming like a banshee you are mine.
When the dream lives on for another day,
will you stand and watch the memories fade?
Losing this battle of horror and pain,
give in to the eternity of the shamed.

Penned by my hand on the 3rd of Midsummer, in the year 132 MA.
