In Writing, I've Remembered

You left no note, no final word,
just vanished like a thread unspooled.
The garden's quiet without your breath,
its shadows colder, colours dulled.

I set no shrine. I light no flame.
I simply ache - and speak your name.

Penned by my hand on Gosday, the 4th of Ivolnos, in the year 12 AC.
