A love letter to the deserts

In a vast eternity of sand
Where dust and heat ignite the greatest thirsts
Eva y hot breath accented with need
Eva y wet heart beats with passiona verse

When skin pulls tight against the bones in want
And wings fly wild in violent desert winds
A dance of feral teeth seeks out to slake
Backs arching off the dunes like scorpions

And though a drop of water could relieve
The merciless intake of fervid air
What loss to end such ardor in the act!
The purity of eartha a greater prayer

Penned by my hand on Falsday, the 22nd of Omeian, in the year 2 AC.
