Love as battlefield

Love is like a battlefield,
Two heart seeking warriors looking one another,
Whose hearts are delicate as feather,
Swinging swords at each other, until ones armour breaks,
Then finding that each other has the longing for that they ache...

Eyes meet eyes,
Heart meets heart
Soul meets soul
Then true love begins
Neither never knowing which one begins or ends
Both of them know that they are one
That life is full of happiness and fun

Then comes the toils of depair,
Which rip into you to your very hair,
That tears you apart
Which causes pain of the heart...

Some die by the roadside and all alone,
Some seek redemption and to atone
Some fall apart,
Some keep on seeking to find others to join by the heart...

Penned by my hand on the 8th of Severin, in the year 54 MA.
