Orrery Updates, part 2

Hello folks,

A few more updates for the Orrery:

Orrery Changes

– Assimiliation contention is now back, see HELP ASSIMILATION for details.
– The Orrery will now pick between Scattering or Assimilation when it becomes active.

Orrery Dates
————
– For both contention types, the active dates are now the following:
* Open for contest on 10th, 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st, 25th of the month.
* This means both types can only have a maximum of six attunement points.
* This also places the Orrery around more active times for the playerbase.
