I need your help! My Significant Other IRL, was asked to play the
Spanish Ambassador in the Ren Faire St. Louis holds. Our Ren Faire
is set in Lyon, France. This wouldn't be so bad, except that our
Faire is held during the reign of Francois (Francis) I, who was at
WAR with spain for 20 years. So Inquiring minds want to know:

Who was the Spanish Ambassador to France Before 1524 or After
1544?

I have looked all over the internet for the past few hours,
and the closes I can come is Mendoza, but he was appointed
too late.
