Element/Plane nomenclature

Hi folks,

I just want to take a second to clarify what the official nomenclature is regarding the spelling of the elemental planes vs the elements.

When talking about the elemental planes, you should use a proper noun, i.e. “Shadow”, “Spirit”, etc, to refer to the actual plane.

For the actual element, you should use full lowercase, i.e. fire, water.

Example sentence:
I channeled Fire and pulled enough fire from it to create a towering blaze.

I channeled [the plane of] Fire and pulled enough [the element of] fire from it to create a towering blaze.
