Bug fixes:
  - The bug with blank mobile attacks should be fixed.
  - Scythekick now destroys mobile shields.
  - The mantle of dissolution now works properly again.
  - Golems should hopefully no longer stop attacking randomly.
  - Natural tide now shows which ability you stored in DEF properly.
  - Reversed critical hit chance should be fixed.
  - Guards won't walk back to thier post instantly after being moved.
  - Frenzy is classed as aggressive again and will break shield.
  - Golems now respect mob shield.
  - Elementals from Enchantment now respect mob shield.
  - Commune lightning will now respect mob shield.
  - Dhuriv will now respect mob shield.
  - Fixed some bugs with guard pathing choices.
  - Fixed efreeti giving cold damage and not setting ablaze.
  - Fixed some bugs with hound intercept.
  - Just a note that magic_potence was applying twice to mobiles and
    and been fixed.
Some of these have been fixed for a while, however there's no harm in   
keeping everyone up to date.
