The ability Tracking Spike / Subversion Spike now work on denizens.

It will trigger if they are currently fighting you and consider you their target. This one I need to measure a bit about how much overhead this might cause as denizens move around quite a bit.

Some additional changes:
- Neckdrag and Rot / Truesleep no longer work on targetable items.
- Passive damage on denizens now get boosts from basic things like stats.
- Fixed Rot / Truesleep causing critical hits.
- Fixed Neckdrag working on divisions and hordes.
