Firstaid Predictions

I've added a new Firstaid tool: FA REPORTING PREDICTIONS <ON|OFF>

This will allow you to get feedback about when predicted afflictions are added or removed.

I've also folded all the reporting under FA REPORTING, so echoes for input, errors, and predictions are all under that one command now.
