I've updated the following descriptions to better explain how they work:

- The artifact description on 'forging_boon'.
- AB file for the racial 'improved forging'.
- AB files for both Apprentice and MasterForger in Forging.

Note: I haven't changed anything about how they work on the back end, this is simply listing down how they have already been working.
