I've done a few more updates to DEFENCE LIST:

- DEFENCE LIST CLASS <class> should now work in full.
- Added three new filter options: nostrip, upkeep, persist.

- DEFENCE <defence> now shows what abilities it is linked to.

If I missed a defence being incorrectly linked, feel free to bug it.
