Mob Damage

I've lowered how much mob damage can swing by per a hit against players, hopefully resulting in less attacks that deal huge amounts of damage.

If you don't know, mob damage can swing by +/- 30% in damage, however when we start including modifiers like x2 or x3 damage, that can balloon into pretty large numbers. Now, it'll always only increase or decrease by 30% based upon the base damage value, making the damage a mob might deal a bit more consistent.

Special note: Boss mobs still keep the original version, so they can continue to be more dangerous over the ordinary rabble.

I've also toned down a modifier for blunt damage for all mobs, where they would get a bonus 20% damage if it was blunt. It's now only 10%.
