- Planar relics should properly show up on RELIC LIST now.

- Quests that were closed off to undead should respect masquerade now.

- Fixed Threadtrap checking your target for afflictions, instead of yourself, when seeing if you can act.

- ABSEARCH now has a LV200 filter for level 200 classes.

- The various x_combo artifacts are no longer available to purchase.

- Added CITY SIEGE commands into HELP SECURITY. They were missing, oops!

- Clarified that normal citizens can use city-built siege weapons for defence while they are inside their own city (HELP SIEGE for details).
