- Apex can now gain a streak while in the Sect of Blades again.

- The 'goaded' affliction has been reworked a little:
* For each person in the room, there is a 50% chance they will be added to a pool.
* Your intended target is always added into this pool.
* A target is then chosen at random from this pool and your attack is redirected to them.
* Essentially this means that in smaller groups, being 'goaded' is less effective, while in larger groups it remains highly effective.
