It is Monday, the 14th of August, and the following changes have been implemented:

- The cooldown after being caught instigating in Delve has been lowered to its base amount.

- You may now VENUE HAWK a crowd from 3 rooms away, increased from 2.

- The extremely large groups of protesters will no longer be caught up when using VENUE HAWK.

- The amount of suspicion gained when instigating has been lowered slightly to allow more instigations before guards hone in on the instigator.

- The amount of crowds of protesters that can be found has increased by 5 to offset the amount of venues that can be established within Delve.
