Post-foundry Identity changes

These changes are being made to involve Bloodloch more with the other existing systems. Good luck and have fun!

[Everyone]
- HELP IDENTITY has been updated with the details of Bloodloch's Foundry system. Please let us know if we're missing anything important


[Bloodloch]
- Bloodlochians who destroy spore nexuses or Dejaani shrines now have a chance to receive a pile of context appropriate scraps, which may be used to repair a dormant wargolem.
- Wargolems will now ignore 'reinforced' Dejaani shrines.

[Enorian & Duiran]
- Sabotaging monsters in the Tarblack Marshes or defeating rampaging wargolems rewards a grisly trophy, which may be DROPped before a valid Guardian totem or the Grand Flame for a chance at a reward.
- Enorian and Duiran are now the only ones other than Bloodloch who receive alerts for appearing monsters in the Tarblack Marshes, and only when there is a Dejaani shrine or spore nexus in the area.
- Shrines and spore nexuses may now be built as close as 12 rooms away from city entrances, down from 15.

[Enorian]
- Destruction left in the wake of a wargolem's path may now be healed with INRA <destruction> SHAMVAI.

[Duiran]
- Destruction left in the wake of a wargolem's path may now be healed with TOTEMIC <destruction> HEAL.
