Some buffs here for Monk aimed at their ability to chase and a few minor buffs to their starting game.

Often times a complete, full reset occurs if an opponent leaves at any point, so a few of these changes should let them be a bit more scary to run from if they accomplish some of their mid-route goals.

Afflictions
==============================
- The torso damaged affliction now applies a 10% accuracy malus.
- Removed the 10% healing malus from the torso damaged affliction.
* The 20% healing malus remains in place for the torso mangled affliction.

Kaido
==============================
- Kai Choke damage is now increased if the opponent has crippled throat.
* Fun trivia: The value has been set to its original damage numbers.
- Kai Cripple equilibrium recovery speed decreased to 3.8, down from 4

Tekura
==============================
- Sweepkick now additionally causes the sore ankle affliction.
- Palmstrike now causes some limb trauma to the head and can be parried.
* Still provides blurry vision in addition.
- Palmstrike arm balance increased to 3.5 seconds, up from 3.
- Cometkick now additionally causes the weak grip affliction.
- Spear punch now has a disarm effect if the opponent has weak grip.
- Jumpkick base stun duration has been increased to 1.5, up from 1.
- Jumpkick stun duration is now increased to 2.5 seconds if the opponent has a collapsed lung.
- Jumpkick endurance cost lowered to 50, down from 100.
