- New Mentis Skill: Leer.
- Blood Haze now prevents players from going incorporeal.
- Frenzy can now be targeted at a limb.
* You will need to use the Targeting skill due to Pulse interactions.
- Increased the damage on Frenzy a little bit.
- Frenzy damage is no longer halved before the Skilled rank in PvP.
- Lure no longer costs an additional 1.5 seconds of equilibrium if the target isn't adjacent.
- Potence reworked:
* Now lets you select a stat increase of choice by +1.
* Claw and Frenzy have both had their balance times lowered to match speeds with Potence up.
