PvE damage

I've made some mods to how we handle mob damage on the back end in order to try and better support mobiles attacking each other (specifically player loyal mobs). Please let me know if you notice anything odd.

A short list of changes include:
- A loyal entity that attacks another denizen will cause the denizen to target the player over the loyal if they are able.
- Same is true for denizens that leap into combat to aide their ally.
- Passive PvE damage no longer gains buffs/debuffs for the most part (such as missing) and can no longer crit.
- PvE damage dealt by class entities/pets is classified as passive.
