General changes - Zealot revamp

There are some general changes you all need to know about as part of the Zealot revamp. Everything else should be new and specific to Zealot itself.

Afflictions
=========================
- New mending afflictions: Lightwound.
- New restoration afflictions: Deepwound.
- New soothing afflictions: Backstrain, muscle spasms, sore wrist, sore ankle, whiplash, stiffness, and weak grip.
* Stiffness and weak grip are unused currently, but they exist.
- Ablaze damage from bonus stacks reduced by about half.
- Ablaze no longer gains an additional stack from when it ticks.
* It still gets one stack from the fire damage it deals however.
- Ablaze now has an altered message when it ticks depending on its intensity.
- Infernal seal, infernal shroud, and heatspear are now rather different.
* For changes, refer to the AB files in Purification.
- Mind tether affliction renamed to psi tether.

Artifacts
=========================
- The 'handtohand_damage' artifact (knuckles) will boost fist-based abilities in Zeal.

Illumination
=========================
- Shifted Intensity and Quicken into Purification.

Telepathy
=========================
- Shifted Terror into Psionics.
* Renamed to Deprival with altered afflictions.
