There was an oversight with the troop territory bonus where a faction's HQ wouldn't count as their territory. This means an attacking faction would unfairly gain a massive advantage by capturing up to the HQ gates and then gaining the territory bonus. This is now fixed. I've giving Mitrine back a division of troops due to them losing one unfairly in this way.
