All the issues with giving out tokens on missions should now be fixed!

I've deleted everybody's current tokens, and then went through and reissued them all again just to be certain everybody has the exact amount they should have. This means it's retroactively fixed for everybody that didn't receive their tokens originally.

Also, the tokens are now stackable so you don't have to carry around a billion of them.
