Collect missions now correctly show their targets.

Sect duel missions now correctly give points to the loser of the duel. As a note, know that the 'bonus' refers to extra points for your faction, not anything towards sect or completion.

You'll notice allowances are going nuts as we try to fix some oddness with math that keeps happening. Know that you should have had 4. Please do not overuse if you get extra, unless we say "w/e"
