New Skill: Regenerate

Hey folks,

Trialing something new here to deal with a couple of situations where the best strategy is to just layer someone in limb damage. Think situations where Monks just spam Wrench throw over and over to keep someone down.

A new skill called Regenerate has been placed into Survival, this will boost your restoration salve for an extra 10%, with a bonus extra 5% if the limb is mangled. This can only be done if the limb itself is broken, so it can't be applied along with pre-restoration. It has a cooldown and consumes 1 second of balance, so the best situation to start using it is when you're down and unable to do much else. One affliction currently stops it use, that being indifference.

It's my hope that it'll encourage the use of seperate skills rather then simply aiming to keep someone down indefinitely by bogging them down with limb damage. This does mean we may have to buff those seperate skills, but I'll wait to see how things go. I can't be certain that this'll end up working like I hope, so I'll be interested to hear your feedback on it and make tweaks as we go.
