Just a couple changes:

- NPCs currently being possessed will show as alert in INFO HERE/IH.
- They will also be colored on INFO HERE using the CONFIG COLOR MOBILES option.
- They will emote becoming alert when an admin takes control of them, and
returning to their usual duties when the admin releases control.
- If entering a room with an alert NPC, you will be hinted to it.

This doesn't mean you can't attempt to communicate with an NPC which isn't
alert! It's simply a way to show that a Celani is paying attention and may be
writing emotes.
