Bug fixes

* Fixed a bug with the Cold Pocket enchantment having its decay prevention chance reversed. Items inside it are only meant to lose time on their decay time 1/7th of the time. It was instead only blocking decay 1/7th of the time.
* Tenacity Dropstrike will properly kill someone if it drops them below 33% of their health. Would previously only work properly when they started below 33% when hit by the attack.
* To prevent the messy dropping of weapons everywhere, weaponbelts are now excluded from the outfits system. Just conceal them if you don't want them to show up!
* Axes (From Tenacity) should return to their owner properly now if they disconnect in the middle of a throwing attack.
* DESIGN # COMPONENTS now works on brewing designs.
* Desiccation Sand Shift was missing standard can-use-ability checks like eq/bal, hinder and aggression requirements. This is fixed.
* Fixed a number of accessible areas that weren't counting towards exploration.
* Bioessence Morphic should properly give afflictions now.
* You can WRITELOG SHOP from your stockroom once again.
* The normal version of the artifact ylem goggles can be attuned again.
* Forging Detail no longer works on something you're wearing or wielding, keeping in line with how smelting works.
* You can no longer imprint a Grove in a forest environment created by an Archivist using formation.
* Fixed creation of horn fetishes not using up the horn.
* Several abilities that cause people to fall to the ground (e.g. gravity vibe, shove) will credit the person responsible for the falling with the kill (if it kills them, anyway).
* BUG SHOW <number> will no longer file a bug with the contents 'show <number>'. It'll display the bug! Whew, that happened way too often.

Penned by my hand on Quensday, the 8th of Lleian, in the year 468 MA.
