Cool stuff

- Added new AI archetype: Devastator
Devastator will channel to deal very powerful blows!
Try to interrupt with attacks and high DEX OR
PUSH the target to play it safe and interrupt their preparation

- Added new AI archetype: Resilient
This is just an archetype that will display if the mob is crit_immune.

- Added devastator into the potential role pool for some enemies in each
trial area.

- Reworked mob crits
Mob crits were all over the place. Some were dying to them in one hit,
while others were barely noticing the effects. I've reworked them to be
more consistent; overall, it's a nerf to their effectiveness against
less-tanky individuals in higher-end areas.

There are now 3 levels of crits: critical, staggering critical,
mutilating critical (the last and rarest to receive being roughly
similar to the current variation of mobcrits)

Within these 3 levels of crits are 4 CON checks before the next level of
crit is reached, including a check to resist the damage entirely or
reduce it. Basically, this means that having higher CON is very good
against bruisers.

- Healer archetype will now heal itself faster on average, and try to do
so a bit sooner.

- Trying to push a mob that doesn't need to be pushed will now require
balance and take it as necessary.

- Updated HELP HUNTING to reflect relevant changes.

- Fixed: progs that use a function to change player health will now echo
to 'config damage_change'. This means bloody and counterer archetypes
will now show how much they're hurting if you have the config on.
Obviously, any other mobs/items that use this function will now display
properly too.

Penned by my hand on Quensday, the 22nd of Khepary, in the year 468 MA.
