Hey peeps,

I've gone through and tweaked some fluid commands to make them a little more wieldly, for example...

POUR will no longer dump your fluids on the floor if you manage to use the wrong syntax.
EMPTY is what you should use to empty your vials if you happened to use POUR instead.
If you really want to, you can POUR <vial> ON GROUND to empty it.

I've also repurposed the REFILL command. You can now place a keg or a cask on the ground and players can refill their drinks from it without needing a shop. The syntax is REFILL <cup> WITH <fluid>.
