I've added the command SHOP SHELF <#> DESIGNS. This will list any designs on that shelf, even if you're over the max.

If you find any designs on this list that are red, then this means it cannot be sold for some reason or another (lack of ownership, invalid design, etc) and is simply taking up space. Feel free to remove it and regain the space.
