There are several changes in there they will help everyone, so please
review these carefully.

MENTIS

- Yellow Bile will now give hatred of the person who afflicted you.
- Removed the OOC Lure failure message.
- Paranoia will now add all of your allies to your enemies list.
- Deaths from Masochism will be credited to afflicter.
- Deaths from Bleeding will be credited to afflicter.
- Panic will succeed 100% of the time.
- Lifevision will now cost 18% of maxmana.
- Peace must be cured it will not wear off.
- Reduced the blood cost of Whisper and DWhisper.
- Reduced the mana cost Telesense.
- Added Belonephobia whisper to mentis.
- Indifference will now double the mana cost of focus.
- Dementia will randomly change what a players speaks in a room, in
tells, and on channels.
- Mesmerize players will be considered prone.
- Loneliness will now block normal movement into an empty room.
- Vertigo will block all flight skills. BUG any missed ones.
