GENERAL

- I have, at long last, removed the double strength modification bug
for blunt damage. This was a bug, and was in place for a while. I
resisted taking it out for some time because it will undoubtedly
cause people much sadness. However, the reverse is also true, and it
has been the cause of much weeping and gnashing of teeth. I will
probably adjust the damage on some skills, but do not expect very
many changes in that regard.
LYCANTHROPY

- New Skill: CORNERING
- New Skill: BRACING
- New Skill: DEN
- Pounce now has a short stun.
- Charge now knocks the target off balance.
- Scent now reports players that are indoors as well.
- Salivate now requires you to have balance and eq, but will no longer
use it.
- Lycanthropes of the same type can understand each other, mutated or
not now.
- SWIPE is now comboable with ferality attacks.
- Berserk stops a player from being stunned or knocked unconscious 100%
of the time now.
- Berserking players will have a 10% reduction to all damage.
- Berserking can no longer be stacked.
- Overall Track balance time has been reduced.
- If tracking to the same area, balance loss is further reduced.
- Track can be done from urban environments now.
- Players can no longer track to underwater rooms.
- Players can no longer track to the clouds.
- Tracking targets no longer have to be on the ground.
- Players will always track to the ground elevation, even if the target
is at another elevation.
- Haemophilia will now reduced moss tattoo effects by 33%.
- Metabolize will now last longer.
- Listen should work once again. (subterfuge as well)
- Dropped pacing to somewhere in the apprentice skillrank.
- Startle can now target non mount, non sentient creatures.
- Pack Leaders can now PACK PROMOTE <player>. A promoted player can
invite new pack members.
- Packs involved in challenges cannot invite new members until the
challenge has finished.
- Unanswered pack challenges will auto-decline after 7 real days now.
- Fixed a problem with thickhide messing up defense stripping skills.
- Pack leaders will get messaged directly if a challenge is accepted
and they are not online at the time.
- Added the pelt colors to the ab file.
- Fixed some problems with player descriptions when mutated.
- The following skills do not hit with quietus: Tsunami
- MUTATE is no longer forceable.
- I changed some of the enter and exit messages when riding mounts, to
deal with some of the special messages they have when mutated.
There were several other reports I approved and did not do this time
around. Partly was because of time. For Packs, it was because most of
the changes would require me to completely recode packs as formal
organizations, which would take too long. For some things, it was
because I want to see how the adjustment we just made, play out. For
example, I decided not to add block as a skill, because combined with
Den, that is pretty kick butt. Not that I do not expect icewall to be
used instead, but there you go.
