- Wormhole splicing time has been reduced by 1/3.
- Wormhole cancelling time has been reduced by 1/3.
- Splicing and cancelling will now only be ruined by actions which
require balance/eq use.
- Selfishness will now allow you to give tarot cards.
- Tumbling will now be canceled by another attempt to move.
- Brazier will no longer work on players in your room and at you
current elevation.
- You can now crash into water filled rooms.
