We're still working through things that are meant to decay, but are not.
Of the pertinent ones that we have set to decay are the entire stock of
items once bought from the Magi guild tutor, and tarot decks. In the
latter case, I've set all the decay times to a gigantic 250 months of
time. Like herb and crystal belts, when the tarot decks decay, they will
take the cards inside them with them.
With the advent of a new, more efficient crafting system, we'll be
removing products sold by mobs that can be duplicated by crafters, with
the exception of those items required in some way for combat (e.g.
pipes, vials, zap wand, etc.) Those that are still sold will have short
decay times. That will give the crafters a competitive advantage.
