Hello again,
Crafters may now passively advertise their services by way of the
crafter listings.
1. JOIN CRAFTER LISTING to be listed amongst your peers.
2. LEAVE CRAFTER LISTING to be removed from the service.
3. CRAFTERS <tradeskill> will list those who are currently available to
craft.
4. And if you've found that special crafter and wish to see what else
they can do, CRAFTER STATUS will give you details on them.

As always please bug any problems per the BUG command.
